we explore coming from the city and living in Maine, keeping chickens, homeschooling, cooking good food and trying to grow it, building a wood-fired pizza oven, bringing home our goats (finally!), reading wonderful books, stirring the compost, and taking time to smell the petunias.
Nothing better than the moon. Nothing at all. I have fond memories of dancing in the light of the full moon, in my bathrobe, in the yard, of the cottage we rented in Virginia. Night air warm, filled with the humid scent of some kind of flowering purple vine. Magic.. pure magic. So is this shot!
Ooooooo! Our moon tonight was somewhat stunning tonight - enough that it stopped me in my tracks, but it didn't have all that white fog swirling around. Beautiful.
All I can think of to say is "Wow!" What is that swirling? Really beautiful...and while we are all separated by miles, we all still marvel at the same moon.

June I love it. The moon has been so bright lately.. neat that we are all under it together :)
I was right out there with you... camera in hand! Beautiful June! Just beautiful!
I had to take a picture of la luna last night too! Beautiful!
You've captured the mood of a full moon, for sure! Cosmic.
Light-filled swirly goodness! What a spectacular photo. Tomorrow is the full moon - I think it will be obscured by clouds here.
So very beautiful! I hope you're having a nice weekend June and family!
love,
